Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HumbleSite (“HumbleSite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our website at humblesite.com and the services we provide, including website design and hosting, our customer and team dashboards, and our scheduling and booking tools (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you contact us, request a quote, book a meeting, apply to be a sales partner, or use our dashboards, you may provide your name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and any details you choose to share (for example, in a message or note).

Information collected automatically. When you visit our website we may collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and referring pages, using cookies and similar technologies.

Information from Google (optional). If a member of our team chooses to connect a Google Calendar to our scheduling tools, we access their Google Calendar free/busy information through Google’s APIs, with their permission. See “Google user data” below for details.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Services;
  • To respond to inquiries, quotes, and support requests;
  • To schedule and confirm meetings — including generating calendar invites and video-meeting links, and sending confirmation emails;
  • To process bookings and, where applicable, payments;
  • To communicate with you about your account, projects, or meetings;
  • To detect, prevent, and address security issues, fraud, or abuse;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Google user data

Our scheduling feature lets a HumbleSite team member optionally connect their Google Calendar so we can show accurate availability. When connected, we request read-only access to Google Calendar (the calendar.readonly scope) and use it solely to read free/busy times — the times a person is busy — so that already- booked time is not offered to people scheduling with them.

  • We access only busy/free intervals. We do not read, store, or display event titles, descriptions, attendees, or other event details.
  • We never write to, edit, or delete anything on a connected Google Calendar.
  • The credential used to access Google (a refresh token) is stored encrypted and is used only to read free/busy information for the person who connected the account.
  • A connected account can be disconnected at any time from the scheduling settings, or by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Limited Use. HumbleSite’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run the Services:

  • Service providers that help us operate — for example, hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, payment processing, and video-meeting hosting — under obligations to protect the information.
  • Meeting participants. When a meeting is booked, the invitee(s) and the host receive a calendar invite and a video-meeting link by email.
  • Legal and safety reasons — to comply with the law, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, and safety of HumbleSite and others.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, keep you signed in to our dashboards, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.

6. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes (for example, financial and tax records). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and continually improve our safeguards.

8. Your choices and rights

  • You can disconnect a Google Calendar at any time, as described above.
  • You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at the address below. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
  • You can opt out of non-essential emails using the unsubscribe or reply options.

9. Children

Our Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
